Peach Collab Studio (“we,” “us”) is run by Peach Twists, LLC. We help content creators run their business with proposals, contracts, invoices, content approvals, a client portal, a link in bio and a media kit. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. We never sell your personal information.

Who this covers

This policy covers creators who use Peach Collab Studio, the brands and clients who open a creator’s portal, proposals, invoices or forms, and visitors to peachcollabstudio.com and peachcollab.com pages.

When a creator adds information about their brands or clients, the creator decides what to add and how to use it. We store and process it on the creator’s behalf.

What we collect

Account details: your name, email, business name, social handles and password. Passwords are stored encrypted and we can’t see them.

Business data you add: projects, contacts, proposals, contracts, invoices, tasks, notes, templates, deliverables, draft links and bookkeeping entries.

Brand and client details: names, emails, company names, signatures, form answers, messages and feedback that brands submit through a creator’s portal or forms.

Usage and device data: pages visited, features used, browser type, device type, IP address and approximate location. We use this to keep the app secure, fix problems and improve features.

Link in bio and media kit visits: page views and link clicks, counted so creators can see their stats. We don’t use this to track visitors across other websites.

Connected accounts

Gmail or Microsoft 365: we use this connection only to send emails you write or approve, from your own address. We don’t read your inbox. To save replies to a project, you choose to CC or forward emails to your Peach Collab forwarding address.

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest: we read your public profile stats, like follower counts and post performance, to show on your link in bio, media kit and analytics. We never post, comment or message for you.

Google Analytics, Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Canva, Kit, Mailchimp and Beehiiv: we only access what’s needed for the feature you turn on.

You can disconnect any account anytime in Settings, Integrations. When you disconnect, we stop accessing it and delete the access tokens we stored.

Google user data

Peach Collab Studio’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We don’t use Google user data for advertising, we don’t sell it, we don’t use it to train AI models, and no person at Peach Collab Studio reads it unless you ask us to for support, it’s needed for security, or the law requires it.

AI features

Some features use AI, like drafting emails, filling in project details from a forwarded email and summarizing feedback. When you use them, the text needed for that request is sent to our AI service provider to generate a result.

Your content is not used to train AI models. AI results are suggestions, so please review them before you send anything.

How we use information

To run the app: show your projects, send the emails and portal links you ask us to send, fill in templates and fields, run automations you turn on, and keep your data in sync.

To keep accounts safe, prevent fraud and spam, and fix problems.

To send account emails, like receipts, trial reminders and security alerts. Product news is optional and you can unsubscribe anytime.

To understand which features are used so we can improve them. We look at this in combined form, not to watch individuals.

Payments

Membership payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and we never see or store your full card number.

Peach Collab Studio does not process payments between creators and brands. When a brand pays a creator, they use the creator’s own payment links, like a card link, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo or Cash App, and that company’s privacy policy applies.

Who we share information with

Service providers that help us run Peach Collab Studio, under agreements that limit how they can use your data: Supabase (database, sign in and file storage), Vercel (website and app hosting), Stripe (membership billing), Resend (account, portal and support emails, and the forwarding inbox) and Anthropic (AI features, powered by Claude).

Brands see only what a creator sends them, like proposals, contracts, invoices, draft links and messages in that creator’s portal.

We may share information if the law requires it, to protect someone’s safety, or as part of a sale or merger of the business. If that happens, we’ll let you know.

We never sell or rent personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. If you cancel, we keep it for 30 days in case you come back, then delete it. We may keep limited records longer when the law requires it, like billing records for tax purposes.

Backups are deleted on a rolling schedule within 30 days after that.

How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to people who need it, and you can turn on two step login for your account. No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever learn of a breach that affects you, we’ll tell you promptly.

Your choices and rights

Export your data anytime from Settings, Membership. Delete your account from Settings, Account info.

You can update your information, turn off optional emails and disconnect accounts anytime.

Depending on where you live, including California and the European Union, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your information, or to object to how it’s used. Email us and we’ll respond within 30 days. We won’t treat you differently for using these rights.

Brands and clients who want their information changed or removed can contact the creator they worked with, or email us and we’ll help.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your settings and keep the app secure. We don’t use advertising cookies or sell cookie data.

Link in bio and media kit pages count views and clicks without advertising trackers.

International users

Peach Collab Studio is based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed in the United States. By using the app, you understand your information will be handled there.

Changes to this policy

If we make important changes, we’ll email you and update the date at the top before they take effect. Small updates, like fixing typos, may happen without notice.
